The government's most-senior spokesman said cooling reactor number 3 is now the top priority because it's posing the biggest danger. The prognosis doesn't look good for those risking their lives to prevent the worst from happening at Fukushima. Paul Gunter of the Beyond Nuclear campaign group in Washington explains what they face.
