Japan's Meteorological Agency released its first tsunami warnings just three minutes later. The country has one of the best earthquake early warning systems in the world. There are more than four thousand Seismic Intensity Meters in place throughout Japan to measure earthquake activity. These meters provide information within two minutes of an earthquake happening. Information about the strength and the center of the earthquake can be learned within three minutes. Costas Synolakis is a tsunami expert with the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He said Japan is one of the most well-prepared countries on Earth in terms of tsunami warning. He said: "They had a warning. I think what went wrong is that they had not anticipated the size of this event."He said there are two reasons for this. Japan has not had any event anywhere near as big as this one in the last one hundred fifty years. Major Earthquake Warning Globally - Japan 8.9 Quake - Beware The Pacific Ring of Fire

Why are all these major Earthquakes Happening you ask? Well there is a lot of investment after the two modern huge Earthquakes in New Zealand honestly leveling half the city of Christ Church and sounding suburbs. And then a massive Earthquake hit off the North East coast of Japan. The news of the quake went world-wide online in minutes, as the Tsunami Warning Alarms went off.

In fact, here in Los Angeles Ca, we know all too well how deadly such an Earthquake can be, and this one in Tokyo was no slight rumble - it was nearly a 9.0 - so it was massive. Abc Channel 7 in Los Angeles sent out a Breaking News Alert at 10:30 Pm on Thursday, March 10, 2011, which would be mid-day Japan Friday. The news alert put it like this:

Japanese television is showing major tsunami damage of cars, trucks, houses, and structure being swept away in the northern part of country. Japan's meteorological group warned that a tsunami as high as 20 feet could attack the coast near Miyagi prefecture."

Later there was more information advent out from the Pacific Warning town for Tsunamis, from the Hawaiian town sending out warnings to many other nations; Tsunami warning was in corollary for Japan, Russia, Marcus Island and the Northern Marianas. A tsunami watch has been issued for Guam, Taiwan, the Philippines, Indonesia, and the U.S. State of Hawaii.

Now then, I do not wish to alarm whatever but the magnetic North Pole has been fascinating at about 40 miles per year, and some scientists are beginning to talk telling the world that it isn't Global Warming melting the ice near the pole, it's being caused by the magnetic pole shift causing changes in weather patterns, and also re-distribution of weight, meaning there will be shifts on the major continental plates, and major Earthquake faults, especially on the Pacific Rim of Fire.

Is this what is causing these giant Earthquakes? Well, no one can prove it, and for every scientist that says they are, there are 10 who disagree and ask more empirical evidence and proof. Is this part of the 2012 Apocalypse Theory, well, it does not appear to be, but you can bet folks who are superstitious, or conspiracy theorists will be calling it that, "the end of days" for instance. A tsunami warning has been issued for New Zealand and much of the Pacific following a massive earthqauke in Chile on Saturday evening, with waves set to hit New Zealand at around 7am Sunday. At least 78 people are dead following the 8.8 magnitude quake . Following the quake a tsunami warning was issued and a wave measuring 2.34 metres was measured in Talcahuano, Chile. Civil Defence predicts waves of between one and three metres for the east coast of both the North and South Islands with the Chatham Islands and Banks Peninsula expected to be first hit. The first wave to arrive in New Zealand will be in the areas around Chatham Islands at approximately 7.05am. Civil Defence says the first wave may arrive later and may not be the largest. Strong currents and unusual tidal effects may continue for several hours. Civil Defence acting director Alan Walker says waves will be biggest 6 to 12 hours after the first arrivals. He says Civil Defence are monitoring the situation and will be issuing regular updates. People in coastal areas should: 1. Stay off beaches 2. When a million dead sardines floated in and colse to Redondo Beach, California, on the morning of March 8th, 2011, everybody was both astonished and amazed by this sight.
